Refund policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or returns unless the item is defective or an error was made by Equine QR. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If an error was made by Equine QR, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. However, if incorrect details were provided when placing an order, we cannot issue a refund or replacement once the product has been shipped.
Any defects or issues must be reported within seven days of delivery, along with photographic evidence, so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
