Shipping policy

We offer fast and reliable shipping to ensure you receive your Equine QR products as quickly as possible.

UK postage is £2.99 per order. For international orders, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, with most orders arriving within seven to fourteen working days. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders are processed within one to two working days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by external factors such as courier issues, customs procedures, or weather conditions are beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Equine QR cannot be held liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
